It was so easy to put it all together and so delicious. I followed the recipe as is, with the exception of using superfine sugar. I just didn't have time to blitz the sugar through the blender/food processor. I didn't see a difference in texture for the cake. This recipe is an easy one for company or for the holidays. Serving it with great quality vanilla ice cream pairs so well together! This one is a keeper.
